The Family Care Ministries was founded in December 1990, when Noe and Maria decided not to buy each other a Christmas gift and instead invested such money in buying groceries for fifteen families. Later they heard testimony that such families were either single mothers and/or families in difficult situations. It is now an interdenominational ministry, in Dallas County, Texas, providing emergency assistance and comfort to those in need.
