| May 15 and 16 was spent at Fair Park in Dallas. Ft. Stockton's own Brown Pride Riders sent three member to the Lowrider Evolution 2004 Tour. Cruz Mardid, Ishmael Peña and Manuel Peña II took their rides to represent the BPR. With them providing moral support were Sylvia Madrid, Manuel and Maggie Peña. | ||||
