Brown Pride Riders Car Club Rules and Regulations

Our organization is govern by these rules and regulation.  Our interest is to promote Repect, Pride and Unity.

1.  Brown Pride Riders will not and do not discriminate against anyone for any reason.

2.  If anyone is interested in joining our club, they must ask for an application. (No member is to approach anyone about joining.)

3.  Any member should not and will not put themselves above another.

4.  All members must attend every meeting, No Exceptions, Except for family emergencies, work related, or by request of the President.

5. Everyone is expected to help each other like family and work together.

6.  Every meeting will be held on the first Sunday of the month, unless otherwise decided in advance.

7.  all members must agree on each and every subject or they will not pass (Majority rules).

8.  Members should not discuss club business with non-members at any time.

9.  Future club members will be on a 30-day probatinary period.  If they are not content at the end of the period, there is no obligation (No shirts or plaques will be ordered at this time).

10.  Anyone inquiring about the club must be serious about joining (Please do not join just to say your in a club).

11.  New members have six (6) months to do a minor modification to your vehicle.

12.  Rims and Wheels must suit the type of vehicle that you have (whether it be traditional, euro, truck or SUV).

13.  A $ 10.00 (ten dollars) due is charged every month due a the time of the meeting!  If you don't pay it, then it will be considered late and a $ 5.00 (five dollars) late fee is added.  Example - if you don't pay on time you will owe $ 15.00 (fifteen dollars) for that month and if you don't pay by the followoing month you will owe $ 25.00 (twenty-five dollars).  That's $ 15.00 (fifteen dollars) for the last month and $ 10.00 (ten dollars) for this month.

14.  If you don't show up for a meeting and you don't call or let a member know you won't be there, it's a $ 10.00 (ten dollars) fine, and for that month you will owe $ 25.00 (twenty-five dollars), $ 10.00 (ten dollars) for your dues, $ 5.00 (five dollars) for the late fee and $ 10.00 (ten dollars) for no show.  No Exceptions.

15.  If you go without paying for more than 3 months you will be Teminated!  No Exceptions!

16.  All money will be used for fund raisers and/or car shows.

17.  Monthly statements will be shown every month on how much money we have.

18.  Every member must help out at a fund raiser and/or car show.  If you don't help out you don't get paid in at the next event.  Example - Participating in a fund raiser means helping set up, cooking, selling, running errands for the fund raiser, etc.

19.  Every non-officer member will have a six (6) months evaluation on their participation, dues paid and their vehicle.
